Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF)
The following applicants are not required to pay the RPRF:

* dependent children of a principal applicant or sponsor, a child to be adopted, or an orphaned brother, sister, niece, nephew or grandchild;
* protected persons, including Convention refugees.
