这段话什么意思啊
因为车报废了，最近又想另找一辆二手车代步，看了好多，眼都花了，偶然发现有些价格很便宜的车的描述下有这么一段：This vehicle is being sold as-is, unfit, not e-tested and is not represented as being in a road worthy condition, mechanically sound or maintained at any guaranteed level of quality. The vehicle may not be fit for use as a means of transportation and may require substantial repairs at the purchaser's expense. It may not be possible to register the vehicle to be driven in its current condition。大概意思是不是说这车照现在这样子出售，可能不适合作为交通工具，也可能要花另外费用维修甚至不能注册使用？那他为什么还要放上来卖呢，谁看了这段话还会买这车回去啊，浪费我好多时间，看到一车的价钱似很划算，一点进去，跑出这段话来，尼玛，耍我呐？*-):-@真不明白，哪位指教下。as it is就是卖完了就没有任何责任了，下面写的东西算是良心吧，至少没有欺骗。可以找个验车的mechanist看一下，如果能够通过safety test和e test，也许还能够开的 主要是撇清责任的吧。
会不会是从有问题的车里修修补补拿来卖的？
车的安全性还是要注意的。
