问一个我觉得比较难的问题

目前无第二行，无me
现在已经备好二胎的料，在考虑什么时候提交
选择1：收到me后再交（知道不能晚于90天）
选择2：现在就交
现在问题来了
如果me之后交的话，vo是补给我一个二胎的体检呢还是重新发一个四个人的体检？
就经验来看，哪个选择更好，哪个更快？利弊各是什么？
