急，请教各位版主，CIC会因无法在线看WES报告而拒绝PER吗？
背景：我的51申请11号已扣款，一直在等待PER。申请时提交了WES认证原件，但我做的是ICAP系列，有学历认证及course by course的分数。但现在得知这份认证CIC无法在线浏览，因此无法继续处理我的申请。解决方式：
WES让我交45刀做一份新在线报告，他们随后发给CIC并让CIC在线浏览。我已经发传真申请，等待付款。
重大疑问：
CIC会因此而拒掉我的申请吗？如果拒掉会给我来信吗？据WES说收款后1天内出报告，但中间这几天CIC会等待么？
目前心里压力较大，没想到会有这种意外。也请其他移友注意，做WES时直接申请FSWP。

CIC is not a Recipient of your WES Evaluation Report
Hi Huang,
In order for Citizenship and Immigration Canada to process your application, they will need to review your evaluation report through using WES’s online service.In order to allow CIC to access this service, you will need to order a duplicate report and select CIC as a recipient of your WES evaluation report.
If you are using the attached order form and want to pay by credit card, please fax the completed form to 416.972.9004.
Once it has been processed, an email notification for a payment request will be sent to you, you can then log into Check Status/Your Account: https://www.wes.org/appstatus/indexca.aspx and pay your balance by a credit card.
In order to expedite your order, we encourage you to pay by a credit card.Cheque payments will take longer to process and will delay your order.
