留学的无犯罪记录证明

请问在国外留学2年时间段里，每个学期呆3-4个月，然后放假会回国内，是否要交海外的PC？
还是说呆继续的6个月才需要？

可以先递交移民申请，后面着手获取无罪证明，如果移民局要求补交就交

2# 深圳细东 我现在打算重新提交申请，唯一一张原件被我寄了，所以也只能先这样了，但是我看了7000指南，是这样写的：You and all of your family members who are 18 years of age and older and who are not already permanent residents or Canadian citizens will have to provide:
[*]a valid police certificate, or[*]police clearance, or[*]record of no information.These documents are to be provided for each country other than Canada, in which you have lived for six consecutive months or longer since reaching the age of 18.

我判断不了像你这种持学生签证，逗留4个月然后回国短期度假再返回读书要不要提供无罪证明，


要是我的话就证明在手，要求提交就随时提交。

4# 深圳细东 我已经电邮给CIO让他们退料，证明是有的，等要补料的时候，退料的东西也都收到了，所以第二次投料的时候选不寄了。

你的海外无刑证明是必须提交的,但不需要在第一次投递申请时提交,可在后面补交.
