33岁10年网络工程师工作经验必须留学后申请经验移民？

本人33岁，最近考虑移民。本科毕业，目前500强美国企业从事网络技术工作，经验10年。雅思目前么考，应该6、5不是问题。本想走技术移民。但中介说，必须留学后在加拿大工作满一年走经验移民。是否有这么一说？对于移民，政策不是很懂，请各位大神指点，可以走的途径。另外。这个职业是否在加拿大容易就业？

今天（5月1日）开闸的技术移民，就象是为楼主度身定做的（看楼上2281项）。

不过机会稍纵即逝，这是热门申请项，估计1个月内名额（全球1000个）会被填满。
如果你能在5月份内考出四个6的G类雅思，学历送去WES评估完成，搜集齐其余所需材料，及时递档的话，才有戏。

就是这次来不及的话。。就。。。木有机会直接申请。。只有被点杀的意思吗？
那么。。留学走经验移民列？或者留学后找到工作申请技术移民列？是否可行呀~

感谢楼上大神。
我现在的情况是，5月份的雅思考试名额已满，最早是6月份，那也就是说，这1000个无需雇主的技术移民，估计时间上赶不及了。
那我现在的理解是，可以走以下2条途径：
1.像二楼所说，待雅思考出后，将个人资料申报，等待雇主后，申请技术移民。
2.申请留学，毕业后在当地找到工作，申请技术移民或者经验移民。
以上是我的理解，也不知道对不对。请大神指点。
另外，移民是否需要找中介或者律师呢？对这个完全没有概念啊。。。。小女子谢过了！

不论上面1、2，还是别的3、4、5、6，统统都要你有雅思和学历认证。
不要只顾托着腮沉思“命中跟那1000个名额有缘吗”，马上行动，你就能成！
如果钱不是问题，你坐飞机去兰州就能考5月的雅思了（当然兰州只是举例）；

很多人也是这几天才知道2281上榜了的，才开始准备考雅思。
这一大波的人，就看谁的雅思（和WES认证）先到手，谁就得先机了，所以如果兰州有雅思空位，你还真应该飞去兰州考，甚至首尔、香港、新加坡这些都行。

但是还有很多不清楚的问题，因为刚刚开始了解移民事项，很多不明白。
比如R哥说WES认证，我网上查了一下，是不是美国的一个WES学历认证？请他们认证我的学历吗？
另外，比如我认证完毕，雅思考试完毕，我该如何申请技术移民呢？我看论坛有移民申请服务区，这个是类似于中介吗？是有偿帮助吗？该如何操作呢？
