WES显示文档“已收到”，我倒是心里没底了

1. 由清华认证直接寄往WES：
Verification Reports for
all Graduation certificates and all Degree certificates and all Academic transcripts
2. 由个人mail到WES：
Clear, legible photocopies of all Chinese language
Graduation certificates and Degree certificatesPhotocopies of precise, word-for-word English or French translations are required for all foreign language documents
现在的情况是，我可以确定清华认证已经将第一部分寄到WES，但第二部分我还没寄，可WES却显示如下文件已经收到：

从这个状态来看，我可以认为WES已经确认所有需要的文件均已收到了吗？ 其实之前做清华认证时，我确实是上传了学历学位证的扫描件（不上传人家也不给做认证啊），并且order了翻译服务，但依然无法确定清华认证是否也将那些扫描件及翻译件连同认证报告一起寄往WES了。如果清华认证默认会将学历学位扫描件一并寄往WES，那WES何必还明确要求个人再次寄送photocopy呢？
从这个状态来看，我还有必要自行寄送第二部分文件到WES吗？ 谢谢！ 哪位同学能指点一下呢... 估计他们认为上传扫描件等同于收到了。
如果你想把程序做“满”，就把第二份文件寄过去吧，note一下此文件的scan copies已经uploaded through WES website了。 不用邮寄，传真即可，又快又省 我也做了认证，忘了自己邮寄翻译件了，WES直接给了认证结果。他们收了钱就好办事了，不必担心
