收到加国退款电子邮件，第二波！

自从去年发了挂号信去加国，就没有消息了。
今天，邮箱收到一封信。如下：

了解到有些提前申请撤案的，好快就收到退款。

@清隶汉简，听说这个支票是寄平邮信的，速度是很“快”的，所以在等等吧。说不定，cic那边还没制作好这个cheque寄出呢？

我连这个退款电邮都没收到，不知道猴年马月才有消息。

@desmondm ，一般直接点击那个link的话是在浏览器里自动下载并打开的，可能没有安装pdf浏览器的缘故，所以没能自动执行，所以听细东版主的说，右击link选上另存为就可以下载了。
