关于IMM1344填写问题
问题一:IMM1334中的第一问,这个选AB哪个比较好.
If you are found ineligible to sponsor,Indicate whether you want to:
A;Withdraw your sponsorship application.All processing fees less$75 will be refunded.
B:Proceed with the Application for permanednt residence ,Processing fees will be retained
IMM1334表中的第三问这个问题选YES 还是NO呢.只有我老公担保我和我女儿.不存在其它共同担保人
Is there a co_signer on this application?
(Co-signer must be the spouse or common-law partner of the sponsor) 都可以，你选A吧。
第二个问题，当然是No了。 瑞版说的对.
补充说明第一个问题为什么选A: 虽然要退款会丧失上诉资格, 但实际上假如初审申请失败, 大部分人都是重新递申请, 因为上诉太慢.
