求助：北京FBI无罪取指纹

因为要办理美国无罪 但是连续寄了两次在公证处提取的指纹都因为不清晰被退了回来 请问有谁知道北京有什么地方可以很专业的取指纹吗？谢谢大家的帮忙

美国驻北京大使馆官网上有指定的一家法律事务所来提取指纹，虽然针对的是在北京居住的美国公民，但非美国公民也可以去提取指纹，以下是详细信息:

If fingerprints are required, U.S. citizens should be able to obtain fingerprint cards from their local police departments. U.S. Embassies and consulates do not generally provide this service. You may contact the organization below for fingerprinting services in Beijing.
Fingerprinting services are available at the following location:
Beijing Tongdashoucheng Institute of Judicial Expertise Science
北京通达首诚司法鉴定所

Fingerprints for foreigners (Inside the Beijing Forensic Center 北京市公安局法医鉴定中心 - look for Building No.2 - First Floor)
Address & Location: No. 23 Yongtaizhuang Zhonglu, Haidian District, Beijing(Note - the entrance is around the corner from the address given) 地址：海淀区永泰中路23号
Driving directions: From Jingzang Expressway (京藏高速, previous called Badaling Expressway 八达岭高速), take exit 999 (999急救中心出口), make a right turn under the Qinghe Bridge, go straight past the first traffic light, then turn left.
Fee: 300 RMB per set, extra copies: 100 RMB each set
Business hours: Monday - Friday 09:00-15:30
This same day service usually takes 30-40 minutes processing time. It may take longer if the prints are not clear and they have to do "retakes."

An appointment is preferred, but not required.Most of the personnel do not speak English.

美国我听说也巨慢。我在北京方圆公证处做的指纹提取，7月20日邮寄到加拿大，加拿大警察局居然说他们要22周才能确定是否收到我的DHL快递，好在后来加拿大使馆没要我的无罪。我确实听说有一个人由于做无罪1年，超过了体检有效期，被加拿大VO拒签退回。所以楼主还是飞过去做吧。

是这样的 我已经弄了4个月 还没弄到 可能真要飞美国了 只是护照已经被收走了 还要问使馆借出来 签个美国的签证 再飞过去 哭死

楼主拿到FBI证明了？我到现在半年多了也没收到加拿大的无罪证明，之前发邮件询问总是说资料多无法查询让等待，后来12月拿到大信封了就没再理他们。白花钱公证弄指纹了，还有快递费。

拿到了 就是按照2樓的辦法 後來我還寫了個帖子 既然沒找你要 不是更好嘛 我折騰了大半年才拿到
