收到退款回信拉！！
各位，各位，我在今年6月写邮件申请退费，当天收到自动回复。11月的今天刚刚收到正式的回信。有以下的要求，就是填写一张表格（和之前我填写的是同样的表格）
另外就是做不干胶标签，上面写好中英文地址的。
有个问题请教下，是不是要把做好的标签寄到信中所说的加拿大的地址呢？？
拿到退款，我将会把这个帖子完成，看看到底用时多久。
现在关注论坛的人不多啦，关注退款的估计会多起来吧~~~~

This letter is inreference to your Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) application for immigration to Canada.
The Jobs, Growth and Long-termProsperity Act became law on June 29, 2012. Under this legislation, FederalSkilled Worker (FSW) applications made before February 27, 2008, wereterminated by operation of law if a selection decision had not been made by animmigration officer before March 29, 2012.

two (2) sticker labels with your mailing address in Chinese; AND§
two (2) sticker labels with your mailing address in English;§

哈哈，惊喜就是最后因为超过时限没有申请退款，结果cic给吞了......。
只等再等等观望一下了，真无语了。 我收到同样的来信。也有同样的问题，另外还想问一下：退款表格B部分需不需要填写？退款表格如果邮寄的话，需不需要本人签字，在什么地方签？希望斑竹和楼主解答一下 8# 清隶汉简
B部分应该是非本人收支票才要填写的，如果没有改变申请人，不需要填写吧！
我邮寄了，把表格打印出来，到邮局寄了挂号信。14块钱吧。

我也是菜鸟，期待更准确的回答吧~~ 好几年的等待换来了一份退费信，真不知道怎么形容此刻的心情 上周末我家人说有一封cic的信件，心里并没有以往的兴奋了，反而觉得这封信应该是我91之旅的结束符了。一看，完全是心里早已有准备的退款信息了，退款吧......！
我收到的是平邮信件，信件的指示信息还没有细东版主上面列出的详细呢。

@elita，你的是直接在平邮信背面里填写好，并附上address lable寄出的，还是另外下载imm5741e填好打印出来寄出的呢？
发现一个小问题，就是信件的正面有贴着fn和vo信息的不干胶的，而背面填写处却有要求打印的，但是那纸张规格和版面不容易校对好打印填写的内容，所以我在想是否可以自己另外打印imm5741e那表填写并寄出。你们是怎么操作的，谢谢！ 退款信表示拒绝移民了吗？
