今天和明天有2个重要的考试，周末再换『呵呵』
262# life007 今天上午11点回家，门口路的两边已停满了车，没车位了。还有一辆车亮着双闪停在道上，我从它旁边过去，继续前行寻找空处，走了一百多米，终于有个空位，停车，回家。
回家后忍不住从窗户往外看了看，挺奇怪，工作日，上班时间，咋这多车都窝在门口呢？这时发现，对面西人老头出来开车，可那辆亮着双闪的车还在那儿停着，正挡着老头车的前部，于是老头车出不来。老头发动车坐在里面等。十几分钟后听到喇叭声，到窗前一看，老头还在车里坐着，在摁喇叭了，可还是没有人来移车。又十多分钟过去了，其中老头又摁了几次喇叭，但还是没人来。老头只好自己突围，他将车头往人行道上移，几次进车倒车，终于将车横在人行道上（与人行道垂直）从那闪着灯的车的后面将车倒了出来。我后来一直注意那辆车，它离开时已是十二点十分了。
遇到这种情况是不是一点办法都没有？
google上输入了几个英文关键词，看到很多人问过类似的问题，也有很多人回答。 下面是一个挺有意思的回答。 （是针对挡在私家车道上的车的）
(I'm not a lawyer, but) That person is a control freak, is trespassing on private property, and needs to be stopped. Now. They wouldn't like it if it were done to them.
It's time to take pictures.
I'd take a picture of that Corolla, including long shots and a nice close-up of the license plate, either parked in, or blocking my driveway, and my house, with the house no. showing. If you have a "No Trespassing" sign on your lawn, or on a tree on your lawn, that's even better. Also consider getting a "Private Driveway" sign-and take a long-shot picture. That way, if your signs mysteriously vanish, you've got solid proof they were stolen.
Then I'd also take a picture of my car where it's parked, also with its' license plate.
I don't know California law, but there has to be a law against trespassing on private property. You'd have to look up the civil(?) laws or statutes(?) of your state, or go to your county's civil court and inquire.
Go to the police again and tell them "Someone's trespassing on my private property by parking their car (in my driveway, or blocking me from getting out) every day. I've talked to them nicely about it, but they've ignored my request and continue to trespass." Show them your pictures; also show them your driver's license as proof that's not your car in your driveway/blocking you-and file a complaint for the record.
Or...when you see this person pulling into your driveway, immediately start taking pictures (as described above). Don't confront, or say anything. If he/she gets beligerent because you're taking pictures, call the cops. If not, after you've taken pictures, immediately go to the police and say: "There's a car that's been parked in/blocking my driveway for a few days and I cannot get out. It's either abandoned, or stolen. Here are pictures, and I'd like to file a complaint." This way, if this person retaliates in any way-you've got your filed complaint to back you up.
I'm willing to bet the cops will hop to it, especially when they hear the words "abandoned" or "stolen."
Whatever you decide to do, and you get results, if that person retaliates in any way, i.e. slashes your tires, etc. - take pictures, file a complaint with the police. Of course you won't be able to prove who did it, unless you install security camers...but it'll be a coincidence that shouldn't be ignored.

市政府下面有专门巡场违章停车的，如果是在多伦多我就会打311投诉，让市府派人来查，同时尽快拖走:-D

1，今天下午在家附近，一条路是30限速。 小心地开着，路过一个路口，看到左边猫着一辆警车！小样，幸亏没开到40，否则有可能被逮到。
2，在皇家山的一个山坡，路旁一溜趴着的车都车轮向着街道的方向，非常的明显。 『服了』 按交规不是应该车轮向着马路牙子方向吗？
一两个错了也就错了，那是一溜的车。

Parking on a hill
When parking facing downhill, turn your front wheels towards the curb or right shoulder. This will keep the vehicle from rolling into traffic if the brakes become disengaged (Diagram 2-52 A).
Turn the steering wheel to the left so the wheels are turned towards the road if you are facing uphill with a curb. The tires will catch the curb if it rolls backward (Diagram 2-52 B).
When facing uphill without a curb, turn the wheels sharply to the right. If the vehicle rolls, it will go off the road rather than into traffic (Diagram 2-52 C).
When parking on a hill, always set the parking brake and move the gear selector into park, or shift into first or reverse gear if your vehicle has a manual transmission. Turn off the engine and remove the key. Check for traffic before opening the door and remember to lock your vehicle.

调节能看清仪表盘就可以。
不要开到车内灯都亮起来。
