虽说没有等到盼望中的皮耶儿，今天凌晨刚刚收到一封CIO关于我之前询问申请状态的邮件（8月20号发出，到今天大概20多个工作日吧），需要向大家汇报一下：

我用收到的号码查了ECAS状态显示："In Process”外加一句"We received your application for permanent residence on June 25, 2013."
有人说这个状态应该是个利好消息，应该意味着我的PER很快会收到了吧（银行那边还没能查到汇票解付的消息）？
求解！同时也求童鞋们鼓励哈！！
都有UCI和application No.，那不就是已经皮耶儿了么？
