如果丢失了要补，以后不要再丢了，据说以后办理老年金的时候都有用。CIC上有表格和说明。

是那张纸，我们登陆时海关帮订在护照上了，很重要的文件，刚来办其他手续没当地身份也靠他

If the country in which you were born does or did not issue birth certificates, include an alternate official document demonstrating date and place of birth and names of parents. This may include a baptismal certificate, family composition form, etc.
