看来91的人还是递bj的占便宜了，启动得早，不少人能赶上尾班车。hk的即便最后冲刺阶段也发力帮助申请人，但绝大部分的申请人还是难于幸免被切了，呵呵。

当时香港快北京慢，也纠结了一下，后来一查，因为汇率调整，香港已经提价了，北京的价还没变，算了，省点是点吧，就递北京了。。。
三十年河东，三十年河西，风水轮流转。
05年香港那么快，北京还停在01年老古董的案子，很多人都投香港了，搞的大量积压。谁知道后来北京突然发力，91的一下子审理了好多，有的北京91的人登陆了，我这个香港91前老法的还没me呢。
不管结局如何，当初投北京或者香港，什么时候寄出申请，都是自己个人的决定，运气好的，拿到了签证，运气差的，被切了。

Under this legislation, Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) applications made before February 27, 2008 were terminated by operation of law if a decision based on FSW program selection criteria had not been made by an immigration officer before March 29, 2012.
Upon review of your application, it appears that a selection decision was not made before March 29, 2012, and that your application has been terminated by operation of law. CIC needs to verify your contact information is up to date so that your fee return will reach you at your current address. Please note that interest will not be paid on the fees.

这是我发邮件询问的结果，可是我的进度和楼上的几乎都是一样的呀，怎么这么让人失望呀，5年的努力和等待就换来这么个结果吗，我都想哭了，花钱花时间不说，还失去了多少国内的机会呀，当时如果去澳洲也老早去了呀，加拿大不能就这样害人呀！

安慰下，别那么悲观，以前我交03年交北京，07年才登陆；等后来04年交HK的，05年就登陆了，找谁说理啊。如果确实想来加拿大，考虑下留学或者省提名什么的。

- Medical examination. All dependants must undergo medical examination even if they are not going to Canada. Please present this letter to the doctor as well as your original passport. Upon completion of the examination you will be provided with proof that you have taken the examination, you need to return this proof to the embassy with your original passport. If you are currently not residing in China and will not undergo the medical examination in China, please advise us immediately so we can provide you with different instructions.

- Updated notarized PRC police certificate

总之比我晚的档案号的拿到体检的也有，为什么我会这个结果。这几天真的难过死了。
体检增加了乙肝项目，在原来1450的基础上多收了128块/人，要命的是原本没有必检项目的婴儿也要验。
我的娃儿是体检中心迎来的第一个抽血的娃儿，他们木有经验，各种心痛在此不细表。
提醒各位以后要去体检的爹娘们
1、注意他们抽血的针头是成人的还是婴儿的，婴儿针头要细。
2、婴儿抽血应该抽足底，不扎手臂。
3、万不得已才抽脖子，即将五马分尸的惨烈，如果碰上了，你们会明白为什么俺这么描述的。。。但愿别碰上。。。
