作为新移民登陆加拿大时，我应该随身携带哪些文件？当您作为新移民来到加拿大时，加拿大公民及移民部 ( Citizenship and Immigration Canada，简称CIC ) (1) 的官员将在入境港检查您的重要文件。您必须随身携带下列文件：
您的永久居民证明 (Confirmation of Permanent Residence, 简称COPR)。
您的永久居民签证 (permanent residence visa) 必须有效。永久居民签证过期后，就不能再使用。有效截止日期注明在签证上。永久居民签证不能延期，所以请在失效之前使用该签证。
您必须携带有效护照(passport)。您使用的护照必须是普通、因私护照。持有外交、因工或公务护照是不能移民加拿大的。
可能会要求您出示资金证明 (proof of funds) (例如，银行对账单)。
加拿大公民及移民部 (Citizenship and Immigration Canada) 官员会询问您在移民加拿大申请材料上回答过的问题，以确认您有良好的品格及健康的身体。
