求问“地址确认表”问题

为什么“地址确认表”的中英文地址有两栏啊？是一式两份？还是啥意思？

是的，标签在程序中可能有几个地方有用，但到你手上的只有一个。

Please provide two copies of your name, address and telephone number on separate labels or write in the space provided below. If you use your own address labels, attach them to this form.
Also write in the File Number box, your application number.
If the delivery address is in China and Taiwan, please include the address in both English and Chinese. Note:
Post office boxes are not an acceptable address.
