CIC查询出问题了，请教

3月底MER的，刚上CIC查询，发现没有我的信息了，请教。

CIC上居然出现这样的段落：

We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons:

仔细检查你输入的信息，可能哪项不对。。。比如name应输姓。。。

我刚还查了，没问题的。。。
