副申是外国学历，请问需要认证吗？
本帖最后由 miaruanruan 于 2012-5-4 17:58 编辑副申的大学和研究生都是在英国大学颁发的，是不是直接提供就可以，不需要认证什么的？另外，副申的学历证明除了提供本科和硕士的之外，是否需要提供从小学到高中期间的学习证明？是找到学校开具吗？也要认证吗？谢谢！ 直接提供学历的复印件+成绩单原件即可。

这个海外的成绩单只要是英文的，三个办法
1复印完按照要求找个法官或律师签个字也可（见EG7)，当然要和人家打招呼，这样还要欠个人情。
2到公证处做个相符的公正即可，不用翻译，很便宜。记住只要做相符就行啦！
3如果你的复印件上能盖上学校的章，那么就简单了，直接交上去就行，至于这个章怎么盖，自己理解。 Translation of documents
Any document that is not in English or French must be accompanied by:
the English or French translation; and
an affidavit from the person who completed the translation; and
a certified copy of the original document.
Note: An affidavit is a document on which the translator has sworn, in the presence of a commissioner authorized to administer oaths in the country in which the translator is living, that the contents of their translation are a true translation and representation of the contents of the original document. Translators who are certified members in good standing of one of the provincial or territorial organizations of translators and interpreters of Canada do not need to supply an affidavit.
Important information. Translations by family members are not acceptable.
Certified true copies
To have a photocopy of a document certified, an authorized person must compare the original document to the photocopy and must print the following on the photocopy:
“I certify that this is a true copy of the original document”,
the name of the original document,
the date of the certification,
his or her name,
his or her official position or title, and
his or her signature.
Who can certify copies?
Persons authorized to certify copies include the following:
In Canada:
a commissioner of oaths
a notary public
a justice of the peace
Outside Canada:
a judge
a magistrate
a notary public
an officer of a court of justice
a commissioner authorized to administer oaths in the country in which the person is living

我也是副申请，只提供了国外成绩单的复印件。英国的大学都是可以给补发成绩单的，每个学校的规定不一样。我知道的 London Business School 是需要学生自己写申请，然后请律师认证一下，把申请和认证一并寄到学校。
